Shipping


GAIN Protection uses Australia Post to deliver their products to their customers within Australia. The options to choose from are the following:


-Regular Delivery: between 2-5 business days from warehouse: AUD13.00

-Express Delivery: guaranteed next day arrival from warehouse: AUD22.00

-International Delivery: will be handled on a case-by-case basis and written information will be given beforehand (email).


Domestic delivery times are all provided by Australia Post and we do not accept any responsibility if they would prove to be longer than expected.


All orders exceeding AUD200.00 in total value are free of shipment costs within Australia (Regular Delivery).

All orders exceeding AUD250.00 in total value are free of shipment costs within Australia (Express Delivery).


Refund and Return Policy


We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.


Repair


If the problem with a product is minor, you must accept a free repair, which should be done within a reasonable time. The customer is responsible for the following:

-pay for the shipment costs both to return the product to us and receive the already fixed one.

-make sure that the product arrives in a reasonable condition (because the nature of our products, please make sure they're sent in a clean, hygienic overall state).


Replacement


You can ask for a replacement or refund if the problem with the product is major.

Replaced products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. 

We may take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product considering the following factors:

  • type of product
  • how a consumer is likely to use the product
  • the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used
  • the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

Asking for a changeover


In case of asking for swapping the product to a different one due to ordering the wrong size or a change of mind, we reserve the right to inspect said product and only accommodate such request if they hadn’t been used. All the logistics cost (sending the product back and paying for the new postal fee) has to be covered by the customer.
